Anastasia’s and Frank’s results closely modeled or positively exceeded the frequency ratings from the test group Sheridon’s results were close to the frequency ratings accept for the following categories: cheerfulness, diplomacy, small talk, and greeting cards Harley’s results indicated stronger results in equal areas as weak results, so he complements his strengths with weaknesses well Jason’s results varied from the frequency ratings on 10 of the categories, identifying his introverted personality

Frank- Continue to build a consistency in facilitating growth and development. Harley- Motivate individuals through helping them recognize their strengths and learning from others. Sheridon- Focus on giving individuals the tools necessary to be successful in their individual careers. Jason- Build listening and assertion skills in order to provide more effective coaching Anastasia- Regulate assertiveness to avoid aggressiveness in the workplace.
