What we can do to help… Image by Richard Walker Anything less than a six week assignment. No notice period for termination or none return by any and all parties. This is an excellent service for those that wish to have flexible working schedules for reason such as travel etc. Anything more than 6 weeks. There is a notice period of 6 weeks from either side for termination. All Teaching & Learning duties are undertaken. Time cannot be taken off during term time. This is a service offered to our teachers – specifically our international teachers. This offers more security than Day To Day Supply in that teachers are contracted and as such will be paid if work cannot be assigned to them by Teach Now. Most classrooms have Teaching & Learning Support within them. This is also an excellent avenue or international teachers wanting less responsibility before commencing a teaching role.

UK Education System Early Years3 - 5 Years Old – Has a curriculum and progress is monitored in Communication & Language, Physical Development, Personal Social & Emotional Development, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World and Expressive Art & Design. Continuous Professional Development UK School Types State Schools – Free and available to all Community, controlled by the local council and not influenced by business or religious groups Foundation, with more freedom to change the way they do things than community schools Academies, run by a governing body, independent from the local council - they can follow a different curriculum Grammar, run by the council, a foundation body or a trust – selective admission Faith Schools Faith schools can be different kinds of schools, eg free schools etc, they are associated with a particular religion. Free Schools Free schools are government funded but aren’t run by the local council. They have control over how they do things. Academies Academies don’t have to follow the national curriculum and can set their own term times. They have to follow the same rules on admissions, special educational needs and exclusions as other state schools.
