“Follow Me!” Twitter Door Tag

How it was used Our theme for our winter training was 'Follow Me'. The example door tag in the previous slide was the welcome back door tag that all RLS members received (pro staff included); which also coordinated with the schedule for our winter training. The RAs were challenged to be leaders and lead by example. Session topics included Leadership Inventory, Personal & Group Development with Student Theory, Impactful Leadership, and Goal Setting and Attaining, etc. During training we also encouraged those RAs who did have a twitter to use the hashtags #rivrls, #rivlife, & #rivratrain throughout training and the semester to present the positive aspects of RLS and give other Rivier students on twitter an opportunity to see that as well.
