NLP AND Time Line Therapy

Nero Linguistic Programming Presuppositions on NLP Respect for other person’s model of the world The meaning of communication is the response you get The mind and the Body affect each other The words we use are NOT the events or the item they represent

Nero Linguistic Programming The most important information about a state of a person is in the behavior Behavior is geared for adaptation, and present behavior is the best choice available. A person’s behavior is not who they are. Accept the person, change the behavior. People have all the ability they need to succeed. There are no unresourceful people, only unresourceful states.

Nero Linguistic Programming I am in charge of my mind, and therefore my results. The more a person is flexible to change, the more their behavior will support desired results There is not failure, only feedback. Resistance in a self or client is a lack of rapport. There are no resistant clients, only inflexible communicators

Nero Linguistic Programming All procedures should increase choice and wholeness. Don’t just change behavior, increase choice thus increase empowerment

Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision Time Line Therapy 1 Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision Decide what you are going to clear and then find the Root or 1st event that is the cause and go to the place on your time line.

Significant Emotional Events Time Line Therapy Past Lives P N F Genealogical First Event Significant Emotional Events

Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision Time Line Therapy 2 Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision 2. Once you understand where to go, float just above the event (5-8 feet), staying above your time line.

Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision Time Line Therapy 3 Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision 3. Still above your time line, go 15 minutes before the event, before you made the limiting decision. Do you feel you found the root cause? Ask Unconscious Mind, “Is this the Root? Is this the first event?” Do you feel the emotion or limiting decision still playing a role while in 3?

Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision Time Line Therapy 4 Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision 4. Take all the wisdom you have, because you are going back into the past as a person from the future with all the knowledge and wisdom that helps you to understand, to change this emotional charge or decision to serve you better. Go into the event and change your decision. Be clear and positive. Use good language that supports the outcome.

Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision Time Line Therapy 5 Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision 5. Rise above your time line from the root event. Turn and look towards the now. Allow any event, related to this event, to rise up on you time line. The things that rise up on your time line are the residual effects, now is the line to let them all go. Choose a way to release the emotion /limiting decision.
