Goals of Session Review Results of STRIMA State Members Survey Review Changes and Pending Changes in Web Site Review Results of Cost of Risk Benchmarking Report

Do you currently have access to the web site?

How often do you access the web site?

What would increase your frequency of your access?

When needing information, do you prefer to use the forum or to send mass membership s?

If you prefer s rather than forum tell us why?

If you prefer to use the forum versus the tell us why?

Board had suggested when using mass s to blind cc members to avoid “reply to all” responses, then compile the results and send to everyone. Do you support this concept?

Results confusing and conflicting..12 of 25 preferred s (less than 50%)..15 of 25 liked concept of blind cc with originator compiling results..but 10 did not like concept “Did not want to compile results” The challenge… Develop a process that was easy to use avoided the mass s responses to all compiled the data in one location

Have you served on a STRIMA committee? 14 of 25 Respondents Have Served on a Committee Majority of “No” Respondents Would Like to serve on a Committee

Have you served on the Ex Committee? 16 of 26 Respondents Had NOT Served on Ex Comm But ONLY 4 of 16 Had An Interest in Serving on Ex Committee

Annual Conference Questions 22 of 24 Respondents Had Attended a Conference 12 of 23 Respondents Had Attended 5 or More Conferences 20 of 23 Respondents Liked the Length of Conference 3 of 23 Respondents Thought Conference Too Long 19 of 23 Respondents Liked Tuesday Afternoon Open

What do you do with your open time on Tuesdays?

Would you be supportive of STRIMA doing a Cost of Risk Benchmarking Survey? 23 of 25 Respondents Said Yes But When Asked if They Would Participate if it Required 3 or 4 Hours of Time to Compile Data? Only 21 of 25 Respondents Said Yes But 23 States Did Participate in Survey!

What’s next? Jonathan and John will review completed changes to web site and provide some instruction in the process Steve Kahn will present the Cost of Risk Study
