 Modern fantasy is a form of literature which is related to traditional literature.  The modern fantasy books differ from traditional ones in that the stories here were not initially told orally  Modern fantasy tends to use animals or cartoons or computer generated characters  Modern fantasy also borrows from old mythologies to build up their structures

 Summer Night  Grave peril  Death masks  Blood rights  Harry porter series

 The summer nigh creates a fantasy world for the mind  It brings a out a wonderland world that is illusionary  They revolve around magical powers and supernatural happenings

 The book has imaginary creatures that are scary  Can depict the fight between good and evil which is represented by vampires  The creatures take the human form

 The book focus mostly on fictions  This brings about the fight between good and evil  There is also the element of gods and religion which are in competition  There are knights which fight with angels

 The book deals with gothic elements are vampires  The book is a pure modern fantasy with easy imagination  The description of the character bring about creativity

 The main character is a boy with exceptional qualities  The book series examines the elements of wizards  Harry porter combines magic and normal life

 Animals fantasies have animals as taking characters while the outer space fantasies deal with aliens.  Animals take the role of humans in animal fantasies but outpace fantasies have characters that are generated by computers.  Outer pace fantasies are also generated through cybernetics while animal fantasies narrow from folk stories

 Talking toys are closely related to cyberspace fantasies but they are more of improvised imitations of animals  Stories of magic borrow heavily from traditional tales as compared to talking toys

 Quests for truth in made up lands fantasies share similarities with traditional literature but uses generated graphics as characters  Narratives about the future differ from quest from truths because they try to predict the future.

 Suspense and supernatural stories combines science and creativity as compared to all the others.  Most of modern fantasies stories are based on creativity and utopia

 It should have a well-constructed plot, characters, theme, and style (It does need to be a good story after all.)  It needs to be believable.  The story needs to be consistent.  All plots should be original, but also ingenious and creative.

 Fantasies are usually imaginary realms where strange characters rule  Fantasies can be lighter or high tones based on the themes  Some modern fantasies have elements from traditional fantasies
