Our Proposal – Phase Decorate Queen St only in 2012 (ANZ/Stirling Sports through to Flooring First/Queen St Corner Café) Decorate the 15 green street lamps along Queen St with spiraled fairy lights and Xmas-themed flags Decorate the junction (between the street lamps) of Queen St and Kapanui Place with icicle lights Decorate the full length of ground floor shop frontage along Queen St with fairy lights Decorate 4 roof points with LED Xmas trees (propose above ANZ, United Real Estate, Ginger Cafe and Flooring First) Intensely light up the Establishment and the Pepper tree as the central point of town Run a “Light Up The Town” evening on Saturday December 1st
