Purpose Systematic study of the integration process of the banking system of Ukraine in the international capital and services market. CONCLUSION The proposed variants of the bank enter to the international capital market are effective and give possibilities to increase the bank capital and income indices. They will result in improvement of PJSC «A-Bank» position on both domestic and international markets.
