This might have been a scarf because it has a red color so it would have gone nicely with other pieces of clothing. It has a rough grip on it and it is also a design so it could have been a handle for a bag.

This may been used for cutting the outside of a fruit or a vegetable because it's sharp and mostly all sharp things can cut.. Inferences. I think that this could be used for cutting grass because it is open from the top and this is the part when there's a knife to cut the grass.. I think that this could also cut some wood because it has a really sharp knife at the top.
