1 chicken breast or 3 chicken tenders 2 eggs 1 cup of flour 1 teaspoon of season salt Vegetable oil Sauce pan A large mixing bowl A fork Salt, Pepper or Season Salt for taste

1.Thaw out one chicken breasts or 3 chicken tenders. 2.Cut the chicken into strips.(If you have chicken tender then cut them in half..depending on how big they are. 3.Beat the egg. 4.Dip the chicken into the egg. 5.After the egg, dip the chicken into the flour. ( Make sure your flour is in a container with a tightly closed lid). 6.Shake the container rapidly. 7.Put the vegetable oil in the sauce pan. 8.Set heat to medium. 9.Let fry for about 5 min. until golden brown. 10.Repeat steps 4-6, and 9 until done 11.Add salt, pepper, or season salt for taste

If you put the grease on a high temperature setting the grease may tend to burn. (which may burn the chicken) If you don’t pay attention to how long you’re cooking the chicken, you make under or over cook it.
