2 Introduction 4.1 Introduction-must be logical and must have knowledge.

3 4.2 LOGICAL WRITING STYLE 1. Write in simple sentences. Sentence must have subject, correct verb and object. “Koobs will take these notes to the lecture” 2. Sentences may be long also. 3. Paragraphs must link to each other.

4 4.3 WRITING SUMMARIES 1. Read cursorily to find key idea. 2. Read with understanding. 3. Reread and underline main points. 4. Prepare first drafts of main points. 5.Count the words. 6. Reread and add or remove unnecessary words. Count again. 7. Read summary and improve style. 8.Correct errors. 9. Reread original and summary to make sure all important poits are included. 10. Leave the summary for a few days, reread and if satisfied, submit.
