I am black and white. I am a relative of the panda bear. I clean my food before I eat it. I have to find my food at 2 months old. What animal am I?

I do not have fur when I am born. My eyes are closed tight. I have whiskers. What am I?

I hatch from an egg. I have a tail when I am a baby but it goes away. I am called a tadpole. What am I?
