CERTIFICATION STAGES 1.Completion: ISO 9001 complaint manual 2.Implementation: New manual will be implemented throughout business and a dedicated consultant will advise on how to implement successfully 3.Certification: It is essential that an accredited auditor visits the company in order to ensure that the processes documented within the manual are effectively being followed 4.Surveillance: Annual checks have to be made to ensure the certification remains valid (QMS International, 2015)
