What he wore He had nice warm leather moccasins. He had leggings instead of pants. He had a button up shirt. And a beaver hat.

His equipment He had a powder horn that held his powder. He had a rifle and pistol. He had a bag that held ammo and food. He had a knife to skin animals with.

His family He had a Shoshone wife named Flying dawn. He had 14 children.

Other things He was a army scout. He ran away from home when he was a boy. He lived in Illinois. He died May He was born Dec He sold beaver hats. He died while he was a farmer.
