Implementation Started using module immediately on release of V9.2 Used loader routine to transfer over 200 consultations from previous Access db Set up methods, groups, outcome & assessment categories etc Training (one day) for all consultation network members

Issues & Future Enhancements Need d/d box for Box for statutory/non-statutory Should not be about an ‘event’ – need more generic wording eg consultation! Add % invited, response rate (can do as workaround in outcomes) Need to select multiple groups, several methods. Re-order/save column headings in costs and outcomes Single line entry (like milestones) for latter Overall Assessments confusing – Impact should be re- named (its about achieving objectives) and overall assessment is about overall impact Area drop downs – how to hide PI hierarchies? Should be able to input onto a scorecard Future development - Assessment against National Standards for Community Engagement (like VOICE)
