Dr Martin Needham

Inspired by a New Zealand is a universal early years’ play intervention programme, designed for children aged 0-5. It guides parents/carers on aspects of care and development to help give their child the best start in life, improve skills for parenting and support positive mental health and physical development. It provides age and stage appropriate information and activities for parents/carers and children in three books, all intended to be universally distributed: a baby book and toddler book distributed by health visitors; and a pre-school book distributed via nurseries.
