Page 6 Next Steps Next Steps: Develop the Hosting Transition Plan Finalize integration test plan and associated testing tools Estimate work efforts and specific tasks for all remaining areas of work and incorporate into detailed project plan Develop detailed work plans for Training and Organizational Change Management Continue to work to resolve issues and escalate accordingly to appropriate levels of Governance (see appendix) Organizational Change Management Leads to attend formal training this month Make any necessary scope adjustments based on Governor’s initial budget announcement this week
