Case 1 38 years female Right breast lump: 6 months On examination: 6x6 cm soft lump in the superior quadrant, mobile No ax LNs palpable FNA yielded thick mucoid/ gelatinous aspirate

Case 2 70 years female Left breast lump – 4 months On examination: left breast superior quadrant lump, 4x5 cm, cystic FNA yielded 20 ml of sanguinous fluid After attempted evacuation, a residual lump was felt

Case 3 40 years female Right breast lump for 1 week On examination: 6x5 cm, firm to hard mass in medial quadrant of right breast, mobility restricted FNA yielded bloody aspirate

Case 4 55 year female Lump right breast – 2 months On examination: 4 x 4 cm lump in the lateral quadrant, firm, areola thickened and fixed to underlying breast tissue Early peau d’orange FNA- blood mixed aspirate

Case 5 29 years female Indurated sinus in the left breast axillary tail On examination: Healed sinus with a 4x4 cm firm mass around it. FNA- Blood mixed aspirate
