TWU Academic Institutional Effectiveness System (AIES) 102 degree programs at TWU have accounts in the TaskStream ePortfolio platform. Their status is “author” in the AIES. Administrators or faculty members have access to the system through the program user name and a password.

Directed Response Folio (DRF) program for IE IE plans and reports are in the DRF called IE for Academic Programs. A program-author enters data or uploads files using AIES instructions and following a 5-step procedure in TaskStream. Sharing with reviewers and later submitting to evaluators (steps 4 & 5) take place in the platform.

Rubrics created in TS score both IE Plan & Report

Program-author’s view of evaluation report (print version)

Program-author’s IE Folio Report produced by the AIES Program-author “converts” the DRF to a Presentation Portfolio for publishing the IE Plan and IE Year-End Report on the web. The program-author can also create additional web folios that more fully describe the program and its students—and link to it from this AIES folio.

Program-author can create additional web portfolios
