District 1130 Assembly Rotary : End Polio Now 1985 Rotary made a promise to the world –Eradication of polio 2011 only 650 cases in the world –Endemic countries P akistan, A fghanistan, I ndia, N igeria 2012 India : 12 months (from January 2011) without a case Ongoing –Must continue immunisations throughout the world until 100% free for 3 years –Polio is only a plane ride away Please keep making contributions until the job is done!! May 2012
