 To obtain an administrative position collaborating with teachers developing and supporting instruction that prepares and educates all children for a successful life.

 Learning has no limits.  All children will learn.

 Developing and maintaining a school culture and instructional program that supports the idea that students are life-learners is the basis of an educational organization.  All students live in a diverse society that is becoming more global. It is the duty of the organization to prepare students for their role.

 Achievement of student success depends on examining each child and meeting them where they are to assist them with the progress needed to be informed and productive citizens in the ever changing global world.  Providing the “tools” and professional development based on most current research is necessary for teachers and staff to be able to assist students as they continue on a safe, effective, efficient journey.

 Community, families and diverse cultures make up who “we” are. It is important to educate ourselves, recognize and honor this in our students as an integral part of the learning journey.  Communication and staying informed are essential for everyone involved.

 Knowledge of and experience with content in all core areas in middle school.  Experience effectively collaborating, communicating and developing instruction with teachers.  Recognize the importance of technology and the continued growth.  Care for each child as an individual.
