Congratulations Receiving the Three Treasures (aka The Tao) is a great milestone of your spirit This signifies a great spiritual accomplishment and that you are ready for the next level of spiritual evolution The process of spiritual growth and evolution is referred to as Ascension

Temple Etiquette Part of the ritual: summoning of the spirits and the Buddha for the transmission of the Heavenly secrets (significance: spirit is doer / protection) Importance of showing our respect Being careful not to dishonor sit straight do not talk amongst ourselves remain until the completion of the 3 Treasures explanation

Safe Keeping of Heavenly Secrets 1. The contents of the Three Treasures are holy secrets (insights beyond words) 2. Any attempt to explain with human language will result in adulteration (hence the ritual) 3. What is the Tao? (…talk about needing a path!) a path of spiritual cultivation a path of illumination and enlightenment a direction that only God can impart (only at due time when the person’s spirit is ready)

Meanings of Tao the Creator of the universe (God) the unifying force that underlies all forces the ultimate principle gives rise to all natural laws life renewing itself progress of evolution

From a Spiritual Perspective is the totality of all the souls where we are all connected at a fundamental level the ultimate “TRUTH” that gives rise to all the religions unifies everything as one

1st Treasure “Holy Gate” “Soul’s Gate” “Zen Center” not to be confused with the 3rd eye (Single Eye or Higher Chakra) origin of consciousness or point of awareness The metaphysic center

1st Treasure spiritual nexus of our being bowing shows point of awareness or “holy gate” to spirits center of our face believed to be where the soul/spirit resides in the body If the eyes are the windows to the soul, then the Holy Gate is the doorway.

1st Treasure IS NEVER TO BE POINTED TO OR SHOWN TO ANYONE (safe-keeping of secrets)
