Course Architecture Why the name?: For enhancing a new vision in those taking the course, of their role in the University Attendees: Professors and administrative staff who hold managerial responsibilities Components: 5 axes – 18 weeks – 117 working hours (87 presential hours + 30 virtual hours with a tutor)

Methodology: 5 formative strategies Magisterial sessions: 4 meetings. Three days long each. Meetings for interest groups: 4 meetings during the semester Tutored virtual sessions: virtual forums of 20 attendees each Participation in the apostolic works of the Society Coaching offered by experienced Jesuits and laymen
