PORK CUTLET Ingredients: Boneless Pork Loin 8 slices Salt 1/2 tbsp.Pepper 1/2 tbsp. Plain Flour 50 g Egg (beaten) 2 nos. Breadcrumb 100 g Oil 500 ml. Parsley, to garnish
PORK CUTLET Method: 1. Wash and pat dry Pork Loin. Pound to thinner slices if needed. 2. Season Pork Loin with Salt and Pepper for 1 hour. 3. Coat the Pork Loin with Flour, Beaten Egg and Breadcrumb. 4. Heat Oil in Electric Deep Fat Fryer to 180 C, fry Pork Loin for 2 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Garnish Pork Cutlet with Parsley and serve with Ketchup if desired.
