Subject Knowledge Enhancement – 2013/14  Following a review of SKE and subsequent consultation, NCTL announced changes to the way SKE would be delivered during 2013/14. The key changes were: –Permitted length of SKE courses –Funding mechanism/allocations –Time period for SKE courses to take place –Source of SKE provision

Questions 1.What else can NCTL do to support physics ITT recruitment? a.To attract more applicants? b.To ensure more places are filled? 2.How can the new SKE system be improved for the 2014/15 recruitment cycle?
