 The European Funding is money collected from all the member countries from all the member countries and then spent for improving science, economy, employment etc. They mostly come from taxes and duties in member countries.

 Buliding, reconstruction and repairs of sport infrastructure (ex. Playing fields, Swimming pools, stadiums etc.),  Renovating beaches, watering places, marians, sport paths,  Adaptating sport objects for disabled people,  Improving sport buildings to make them better,  Building sport objects near school and universities,

 Organising a lot of festivals, contests, marathones and events,  Builiding infrastucture for active tourism (ex: ski lifts)

 In our neighborhood there is a strong emphasis on the development of sport. Thanks to subsidies from the EU, we have a beautiful playfields called „Orlik" and you can use them for free.

 The second example are gyms on the open air where you can train your body.

 Third example are various facilities such as sports halls and swimming pools which were built thanks to subsidies from EU.

 Moreover students at each school has an opportunity to join extra PE classes. The money to fund those classes are partly taken from the EU subsidies.
