1.Introduction ADAAG CONSULTING SERVICES, LLC  City of Palm Coast’s commitment to accessible programs & implement ADA Transition Plan  ACS A/E firm,1995, offices Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles, Louisiana & New York  Expertise in accessibility consulting, 380 m SF of Section 504/ ADA Title II Transition Plan Development  Accessibility committees: ICC, Access Board, NAAC, Accessibility Advisor Council for Constructions Boards.

2. Background  Originated from the 1964 Civil Rights Act  Architectural Barriers Act of 1968  Section 504, Rehabilitation Act 1973  Title I & II ADA - 7/26/90.  2010 ADA effective March 15, 2012.

Facility Assessment Summary  General Findings:  Many items addressed in 2007 plan  City to adopt administrative policy for service animals  City to regularly train in ADA compliance  Many facilities have minor deviations from ADA technical requirements  Four older facilities to have major improvements  Compliance over a 10 year period
