GENTILLY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A political subdivision of the State of Louisiana Created by state legislation Governing authority is the City Council of New Orleans Boundaries shall include: Intersection of Bayou St. John and Robert E. Lee Blvd.; then following Robert E. Lee to its intersection with Leon C. Simon Blvd.; then Leon C. Simon to its intersection with the Industrial Canal ;along the Industrial Canal to I-10 then along I-10 to I-610 to Bayou St John to the beginning.
