Simon to its intersection with the Industrial Canal ;along the Industrial Canal to I-10 then along I-10 to I-610 to Bayou St John to the beginning.

First Project for GDD To partner with the City of New Orleans to stabilize and return the Milne Boy’s Home to use for the community and City who has 75 year lease on the property GDD secured funds through the Capital Outlay funding to help with repairs and restoration
