Lesson Analysis This subject leads the teacher going beyond teaching a simple unit. when students come up with a family tree this may reveal their real family situation, this may also highlight whether or not a student has some family difficulties. Selecting accurate activities to teach is difficult and potentially stressful, since they must have clear benefits/ results for students to improve their learning process. Why this topic?

Lesson Analysis Family Members Objective: Enlarging Ss vocabulary about family members and make them to apply it in their personal life.

Lesson Analysis Activity #1 Warm-up (Star of my life) T draws a star on the board, with names and numbers (age) of her family members. Ss don't know what they mean and have to ask questions and try to guess their meaning. In pairs, Ss do the same with their own star. Lesson Analysis Activity #9 (Guessing game) Ss Listening to the T telling some family members relationship and they have to guess the correct word. Markers are put on the floor near the board. one member per group stands up, takes a marker and writes the word down on the board. Activity #10 (Question swap) Ss write three questions related to “family members” on a piece of paper. Ss stand up and move around asking and answering their questions and swap questions.
