 Meteors hit the surface of the moon and it makes craters

There is 175 impact craters on earth known Mountains, water, grass

The moon has 1/6 as much gravity as earth

 the earth is 9.78 gravity

 There is no weather on the moon  There is no atmosphere on the moon

Drought, snow, rain, fog

 There is 6% water o the moon

 71% water on earth

 There is no weathering or erosion on the moon

 Weathering is when rock gets smaller  Erosion is when rock and sediments are taken

 The moon takes 27.5 days to rotate on it’s axis

 It take 24 hours for earth to rotate on its axis

 It takes the moon 29 1\2 days to revolve around earth

 It takes earth to orbit around the sun days

 The moon is facing earths oceans and its gravitational pull makes the tides.

The tilt of the earth makes autumn, summer, winter, spring

 Mons Hugens is the tallest mountain on the moon ranging 4,700 meters  The moon is hot during the day  The lowest part of earth is Death Sea
