This house uses passive solar heating, which is economically friendly There are solar panels on the roof that harness the energy from the sun. They then create heat from the solar beams the sun emits Like This

Your new home’s energy is also powered by a tidal power plant which uses the kinetic energy of the waves in the ocean to move the turbine. The movement of the turbines generates electricity for your home. The current pulls the waves here They spin the turbines And the generator powers your home

The graywater collection system obtains water from sinks, showers, laundry machines. The system then filters the water and irrigates your lawn and garden. AMAZING!
