Valley Forge A place where the patriot forces were camped, experienced a harsh winter and many died. Valley Forge saw thousands of soldiers either leave, or die of exposure and disease.

One reason the Patriots won was their use of guerilla warfare. A battle strategy where forces use surprise attack, shield themselves during combat, and fight using unconventional tactics. One reason the Patriots won was their use of guerilla warfare.
