 Any high stakes testing report  AMRT Reports  Science Assessments Today we will go over an ARMT report.

This report has four columns: groups, percent tested, achievement level, and percent in each group.

 Special Ed. & General Ed.  Gender  Ethnic groups  Free & Reduced Lunch  Poverty & Non poverty  Limited English and Non Limited Proficient

 Represents how many students from each group took the test Example of all Special Ed. took the ARMT math test for 8 th grade.

 Level I  Level II  Level III  Level IV  Percentage of students scoring in each level

% scored Level III and up % scored Level III and up

All special ed. students were tested. They made up % of the class in

 Subgroups only show a percentage of achievement level when a certain number has been reached. FRS doesn’t have a high enough percentage for it to show up.

 Consistent with the overall county scores  Majority scored Level III &IV  No Level I’s  Always room for improvement

 Implement Accelerated Math  Implement a reward system for high scores  Offer peer tutoring  Provide more opportunities for parental involvement

 Always celebrate success  Remember: a small success is still a success!
