List Bill—A New Option The high cost of insurance is forcing some employers to drop coverage or look for alternatives to providing group coverage Some employees don’t qualify for employer-paid group coverage List Bill provides the opportunity for your employees to purchase health insurance linked to employment, without your business funding the cost

What is List Bill? List Bill is a billing service that enables an employer to payroll deduct premium for individual medical policies purchased by employees One simple bill itemizing all employee premiums is sent monthly to the employer Employer sends one check to Assurant Health, covering all employee premiums

What to Expect from List Bill When one of your employees is approved for coverage, you receive a letter that includes — Employee’s name — Effective date of coverage — Premium amount
