DAY 1: GROUP FORMATION  5 MEMBERS TO EACH GROUP.  EACH MEMBER WILL HAVE A SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENT AND ROLE.  THE GROUP WILL DESIGN AND BUILD THEIR “MERCADO”.  TURN IN GROUP ASSIGNMENT SHEET
