How do you keep fit? “…train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. This is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance.” (1 Timothy 4:7b-9, NIV)

Level 1: A LIFE SHAPED BY EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING The Bible says, “Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales.” (1 Timothy 4:7a, NIV)

Level 1: A LIFE SHAPED BY EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING [… no longer be] infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. (Ephesians 4:14 NIV)

What is God’s promise? Living a godly life is...  A simplified life  A transcendent life  An important life  A model life  An honorable and hence a peaceful life  A big life  A life that is useful to God

WHAT NOW? Then Jesus said to him, “Be gone, Satan! For it is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God and Him only shall you serve.’”
