Everglades The Everglades is a home for many wildlife and a big part of the KOE water system. All wildlife is in the wild uncared for by humans.
The KOE water System K- Kissimmee River O- Lake Okeechobee E- Everglades The KOE water system runs from the Kissimmee river to Lake Okeechobee all the way down to the Everglades.
Wildlife Many varieties of wildlife can be found in the everglades such as Alligators, snail kites, peregrine falcons, wood storks, bald eagles, short-tailed hawks, Florida panthers and many others.
Endangered Species Florida Panther Wood Stork Snail Kite Spotted Leopard American Crocodile Green Turtle, Leatherback Turtle, American Ridley Turtle, Hawksbill Turtle
Dry Season The Dry Season in the everglades is very dry. Not a lot of water is around for the wildlife.
Wet Season When the wet season is in the everglades there is a lot of homes for wildlife. Such as Alligators, Turtles and Fish.
