Everglades The Everglades is a home for many wildlife and a big part of the KOE water system. All wildlife is in the wild uncared for by humans.

The KOE water System K- Kissimmee River O- Lake Okeechobee E- Everglades The KOE water system runs from the Kissimmee river to Lake Okeechobee all the way down to the Everglades.

Wildlife Many varieties of wildlife can be found in the everglades such as Alligators, snail kites, peregrine falcons, wood storks, bald eagles, short-tailed hawks, Florida panthers and many others.

Dry Season The Dry Season in the everglades is very dry. Not a lot of water is around for the wildlife.
