How I Spend My Day Chart How do you use your time to your benefit? How can you plan so you have time do all the things you to do and all the things you have to do? How do you distinguish between the two? Based on the chart, what changes can you make to better your use of time over the next week?

Assignment Log & Planning My Week What type of activities interfere with studying at least one hour a day? What are some ways you could get around those? What is the difference between a reason and an excuse? How do you decide how to prioritize the time spent on assignments? Why should you do the hardest assignments first?

Assignment Log & Planning My Week Is it possible to adjust your schedule so that you have adequate time for activities that you enjoy as well as family and school responsibilities? If possible, what would that schedule look like? Complete the Planning My Week chart or Planner balancing fun activities with responsibilities.

Planner or Log Compare you planner/log with your teachers’ webpage. Did you leave anything out? Did a date change? Make adjustments if needed! Write your goal in you planner/log. Through the week ask yourself: Am I making progress?
