The Golden Circle

WHY - develop ITT network/s?

Self Assessment  Purpose: To enable SD regional networks to self-assess their effectiveness in terms of maximising recruitment through the relevant support programmes, activities and marketing activity.  Aim: To provide a baseline measure at the start of the 16/17 recruitment cycle that identifies possible development priorities for the network. Continue to review effectiveness on a termly basis, to evidence progress and a positive shift towards a self-sustaining system.  Method: The SD network will self-assess effectiveness based on their reflections against the indicators. TLA’s will play a support and challenge role to help moderate the self- assessments, and capture rationale behind network assessment. It will help NCTL develop materials, resources and policy to support networks’ ITT recruitment activities.
