Slide 3 Product Launch  FirstClass Online Testing (FCOT) is a feature of ED 2.0, and also sold standalone (ships with ED Option license)  FCOT unlicensed runs in Eval mode – all functionality except test taking  Partners can access via EDEN or download from Channel Partner Suite  System pre-requisites are FirstClass 9.1 and FCAS 3.2 B3243  Note that FCOT help is installed via FirstClass 9.1 SP1 Help Upgrader  FC Online Testing pdf brochure is available

Slide 5 Product Features  Authoring, Test Taking, Reporting Modules, and Import/Export Wizard  questions and tests are categorized by both grade and subject  unlimited number of questions  unlimited number of tests  question types supported: -Multiple Choice -True/False -Numerical -Match -Short Answer -Fill in the Blank  question and test instructions may be inserted  answer feedback may be presented

Slide 6 Product Features  multiple versions of tests can be given by both randomizing questions and answers  questions and tests may be previewed during authoring  tests can be restricted to student lists  tests can be restricted to specific time intervals  tests can be time limited  tests are automatically marked (with the exception of the short answer question type) and scored  results can be presented immediately to student or ed  question/test formats that can be imported: -QTI Lite -GIFT -WebCT -Aiken -FCOT
