What is Self esteem? Self Esteem is loving oneself... that is how you feel about yourself. It is knowing who you are and having confidence in the present and the future

Proven Steps that you can help Children to boost their Self esteem Assist your child in the direction of feeling special and being appreciated. Assist your child to develop problem solving skills and decision making skills Avoid comments that are judgemental and instead frame them in positive terms. Be an Empathetic Parent

Do not compare siblings Highlight your child’s strength Provide opportunities for children to have realistic expectations and goals. Help your child to understand the nature of his or her problem if he or she has a learning disability.

Proven Steps that you can help Children to boost their Self esteem Give your kids some responsibilities-that make them feel important. Be generous with praise Play with them too as often as possible. Teach your child to have respect for others
