Architecture!!!!!

Hoover dam Located in the black canyon on the Colorado river dividing Arizona and Nevada. There is enough concrete in the dam to pave a two-lane highway from San Francisco to New York. Hoover Dam has appeared in a number of movies, including the Transformers, Superman, and the James bond film Diamonds Are For Ever among others.

Hoover dam Chief dam engineer Frank T. Crowe lived up to his nickname, “Hurry Up” Crowe. The dam was completed two years ahead of schedule, in 1935.

101 floors for “101” Located in Taipei Worlds tallest building from 2004 to 2010 now surpassed by Burj Dubai Fastest ascending elevator speed in the world 61 high speed elevators Between the 87 th and 92 nd floors hangs a “mass damper” which is a series of 41 steel disks supported on hydraulic rods that sway to oppose the leaning motion of the building.

Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument located in the English county of Wiltshire. 1 st stage Constructed in three stages each more complex than the next. Many legends and much folklore have arisen from this monument No one knows how the gargantuan stones were hauled across land in such a primitive time

The Golden Gate Bridge has featured prominently in the following movies: Monsters vs. Aliens, Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, The Parent Trap,Raiders of the Lost Ark, 2012,and Superman The Golden Gate Bridge has also appeared in the opening credits and episodes for the following television series: That's So Raven, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Monk. The day before vehicle traffic was allowed, 200,000 people crossed by foot and roller skate

The building can be seen in the 1999 James Bond film The World Is Not Enough in the opening sequence where Bond steals a case of British money from a corrupt Swiss banker affiliated with the villain Reynard's terrorist network. The curves on the building were designed to appear random. The architect has been quoted as saying that "the randomness of the curves are designed to catch the light". The museum is clad in glass, titanium, and limestone Located in a port town, it is intended to resemble a ship. Its brilliantly reflective titanium panels resemble fish scales. The building was constructed on time and budget, which is rare for architecture of this type.
