APSDEWG Initial talks between DEA and APS in 2010/11 DEA formed internal APS reference group DEA and APS surveyed DES providers in 2011 APS developed and released As One As One calls for a reference group from the DES network DEA invited to sit on APSDEWG DEA recommended four DES providers to sit on APSDEWG First meeting of APSDEWG on 31/05/12 Two projects identified to follow up (next slide)

In conclusion … Capability development with AHRI will better position DES providers to respond appropriately to the APS recruitment process DEA leading the paradigm shift among membership DEA promoting As One through our website and other social media channels (YouTube playlist of success stories)
