U.S. Census Bureau 2000 AESDirect – Efficient Use Create New Shipment: enter USPPI and consignee codes on first screen Use Shipment Retrieval to create new shipments whenever possible To retrieve a shipment – just enter shipment # Freight Forwarder Info: most shipments do not need it entered Don’t enter what AESDirect does not need, e.g. equipment details
