5 RAD  Status Update: RAD Phase 1 is currently in beta testing phase  RAD: Phase 1 will be launch in early July 2010 Required use for the submission of and all subsequent Quarterly Progress Reports Training will be provided with launch  Submitting QPR in RAD (State LMI and Green Capacity Building) Upload QNR Review, certify, and submit QPR to ETA

6 Update on OMB-approved ARRA HGEI Reporting Package  ETA has submitted an ICR for an extension with revision of the recently OMB-approved standard quarterly progress reporting package for ARRA HGEI grantees  Approval Implications to ARRA HGEI Grantees: – 3-year extension of OMB-approved Reporting Package – Proposed minor changes to ETA-9153 Form and Reporting Glossary and Guide The ICR can be found in the Federal Register at:
