Short Description Work can be requested by clicking on link on our intranet portal. The following few slides show the details.

You or your department will also receive an to let you know when the request is accepted. It is usually assigned at that time. Your request is received in MediMizer work order system for assignment

You can review requests for your department or departments Shows New and unfinished requests. Can also show Closed Work Requests a number of days Shows the requests for that user's department Some users can be given more authority to review requests.

Users can update their information (name, phone #, address) Users can change their own password in Web Portal If Users forget their passwords, they can click the “Forgot password” link on the login page and iRM will send them an telling them their password Optional: Users can add themselves through self- registration process in Web Portal User can update information in the web portals

Recap: Separate Facilities and Biomedical links Biomedical and Facilities will have separate links. Each is only for non emergency work orders. For emergencies (fire, flood, patient in danger) continue to call emergency numbers. Weekends? After Hours? Any questions about what to send? Which Department to contact?
