Internal matters New General Manager: Jian Zhang New Secretariat –InternetNZ has been operating and sponsoring the secretariat of APTLD from 2005 to 2009 and their contract came to an end in June 2009 –A Request for Proposal (RFP) for the APTLD Secretariat was therefore issued –HKIRC, the registry for the.HK ccTLD, was selected and awarded a contract to operate and sponsor the APTLD Secretariat from 2009 to 2011
