11/30/20152 Water Balloon Analogy A water balloon is like someone who has a high self esteem when the balloon is full of water. If it is handled with care it doesn’t leak. However, if a sharp object (put down or someone being mean) pokes the water balloon (you) it develops a leak (lowers your self esteem). Sometimes it pops the whole thing (hurts so bad it destroys a person). How is your self esteem being effected by what others say and do around or to you?

11/30/ Covered Lamp Analogy When a lamp is on and the light is not covered it shines for all to see. In most cases light is necessary to accomplish anything. However, if the light is covered it dims or cuts off complete light for others and very little to nothing is accomplished. All of us have a light to shine and are necessary for things around us to be accomplished. When we doubt ourselves and our abilities we are covering up the light and hiding the best of who we are. What are you covering up so others can’t see the real you and what you have to offer the world?
