Class Size Class Size information is calculated from the Course Record screen (PF9). –Correct period/room/employee numbers are critical. –Use the Class Master / List Seat Inventory to verify Master Schedule information. Verify the FISH / ISIS Display Update screen. –Use the ISIS / FISH Room Error Report (T2320E10-01).

Class Size Reduction Co-Teachers State definition - State definition - A classroom in which two or more teachers share responsibility for planning, delivering, and evaluating instruction for all students in a class. In order to be considered co-teaching, this delivery system is provided whenever a class/subject is taught by two or more teachers and must continue for the entire class period.

Class Master List / Seat Inventory Sequence:Period/Room –Verify that Seats Assigned is not exceeding Class Size –Verify that all courses with a co-teaching situation are coded correctly –Verify that all courses in combination classes with a co-teacher are coded with both teachers –Verify that courses/teachers are assigned to the correct room –All rooms used on the Master Schedule must have a corresponding FISH room. Pod rooms must be coded on the FISH / ISIS Room Display / Update screen

Class Size Monitor the Class Size Portal. –Class Size will be available August 10 after Rollover. Rollover begins at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5 th at 5:00 p.m. ISIS will be down until 5:30 a.m. Monday, August 10th –Allows you to isolate classes out of compliance –Changes to ISIS will be displayed the next day.
