Via popular media –Science and technology magazines, TV programmes Which base their outputs on publications –Survey or review compendia –And / or original publications But the innovator citizen may well want the R&D products and / or know-how and wish to know quality of R&D, of team etc  need to connect publications to CRISs  to assist the innovative European Citizen
